Dr. Christian Abrams is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Urbandale community.

Dr. Abrams graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011 with Cum Laude honors.

Dr. Abrams uses a "whole person approach" and realizes that the body is more than the sum of its parts. With this approach to health, Dr. Abrams will thoroughly exam the area of complaint, but also check the rest of the spine to check for other interferences the may be attributing to the discomfort or dis-ease. Dr. Abrams utilizes a variety of techniques that will suite each practice members preference, including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson drop, Flexion-distraction and Activator technique. Dr. Abrams also offers a weight loss program that is GUARANTEED to help you LOSE WEIGHT, as well as nutritional advice and exercises that will provide stability and strength to the spine and core.

Dr. Christian Abrams believes that everybody is born with an Innate (inborn) intelligence that is able to coordinate and defend the body from foreign entities, providing that the flow of energy is functioning at 100%. Dr. Abrams will thoroughly exam your nervous system and look for “subluxations� in the spine, that may or may not be attributing to symptoms, and remove the inference and allow the body to heal and live abundantly.
